When I came with a cry
She accepted me with a smile
Planting a kiss on my forehead
And caressing my checks
She taught me as I grew up
To differentiate between right and wrong
She spread light in my life
Like the sun; rising up far beyond the seas
Like the stars; shining up high in high in the dark sky
She loves me like none other
As delicate like a feather
As pure as a lotus
As sweet as a honey
As clear as a crystal
As far as an ocean
She corrected me when I was wrong
She always made me strong
She made happy when I was sad
And supported me throughout
She is a guiding support
She is an angel on earth sent by God to me and my sister
We are blessed to have her in our life
